(1) Vendor needs to provide worksite fitness center management services to the government authority located in Minneapolis, MN. • Develop and implement wellness programs related to the fitness center (such as walking challenges, weight training programs, and behavioral health campaigns).• Actively promote and grow number of employees using the center through a variety of outreach programs such as lunch and learns, stretch breaks, and fitness center open houses.• Develop wellness communications relevant to the fitness center to be shared with employees through our employee newsletters, employee intranet site and bulletin boards.• Create and distribute newsletter to all fitness center members each month.• Utilize City–issued email, laptop, and cellphone with necessary software to perform duties.• Lead a variety of group fitness classes. Classes may be a mix of in–person and virtual.• Lead planning and implementation process for fitness center programs and activities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 15, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
