(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign, rebuild and accessibility compliance services using WordPress content management system.– Provide assumes a lean, budget–conscious approach such as building on existing CMS themes or templates, or a reasonable modernization of the current platform with light customization, not a fully custom–designed or custom–coded site.– Current site runs on a proprietary, single–vendor CMS under which certain structural changes (navigation structure, new page templates, some modules) have generally required that vendor's involvement.– Proposals using a widely–adopted CMS with an established multi–vendor ecosystem (e.g., WordPress) are expected to address this inherently and should briefly confirm so.– Design:– Select and lightly customize an established, accessible CMS theme or starter template, or apply a lean, accessible update to the current platform's templates (not a custom design from scratch) adapted with color, logo, and content structure.– Platform, build, and content migration:– Recommend and build on a CMS suited to a small public agency with limited technical staff, including hosting recommendations.– Testing, launch, and training:– Conduct pre–launch accessibility testing and confirm conformance on key templates.– Optional post–launch support:– Ongoing post–launch maintenance or support (e.g., a retainer, hosting management, or an annual accessibility check–in) is not included in the base budget.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
