Description

(1) Vendor needs to provide cost–effective and proactive workers’ compensation program aimed at controlling the costs of workplace injury claims.– Contractor must provide claims management services including complete handling of all prior workers’ compensation claims from the current incumbent as well as new claims originating from the effective date of this contract.– Contractor must disclose to Pace any ancillary services for which Contractor has ownership and will be utilizing on the claim files, the rates for those ancillary services as well as the frequency to which they will be assigned.– Contractor must provide a designated account manager, claims manager, and one full–time dedicated indemnity and medical claims adjuster to manage the Pace account.– Contractor must provide Pace with a twenty–four hours a day, seven days a week internet accessible claim files, including but not limited to the Contractor’s claims adjusters and claims manager’s notes, payment records, reserves.(2) A Pre–Bid Meeting will be held on August 19, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.
