(1) Vendor needs to provide restaurants, catering, delivery and mobile food services to the government authority located in Pearland, TX.– All menu products shall be freshly prepared and served. Day old products are unacceptable. Products shall be uniform in size and shape, uniformly sliced, and free of foreign objects.– No deliveries of goods or services is allowed for delivery to a residential address at any time.– NO alcoholic beverages are to be offered or served as part of this proposal.– Orders shall be delivered within the agreed delivery window, complete, accurately prepared, and at proper serving temperatures. shall promptly notify the requesting campus or department of any delays, shortages, or order changes.– Upon request, shall provide ingredient and allergen information for menu items.(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 4, 2026.(3) A contract term will be for five years.
