(1) Vendor needs to provide technician level 2 service to the government authority located in Pittsburgh, PA. • The Contractor shall provide qualified technicians capable of installing, terminating, testing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and modifying network cabling and associated telecommunications infrastructure.• Work Duties:– Cabling: Install, relocate, modify, terminate, test, maintain, and repair fiber–optic and copper telecommunications cabling.– Equipment: Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot voice, data, telecommunications, and electronic equipment.– Troubleshooting: Diagnose cabling and equipment issues and perform corrective repairs.–MAC Services: Perform and coordinate Moves, Adds, and Changes (MACs) and associated service requests.– Work Orders: Process, monitor, coordinate, and document assigned work orders, projects, and service requests.– Testing: Test and verify installed cabling and equipment for proper operation and compliance with applicable requirements.– Estimating: Prepare labor and material estimates and maintain accurate records of hours worked, materials used, and work completed.– Standards: Perform all work in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, applicable industry standards, University requirements, and established procedures.– Network and Telephony: Install and configure Cisco network equipment and support Avaya telephony systems, including associated hardware and software.– Additional Duties: Perform other technical duties related to the responsibilities of the Technician Level 2 position.(2) All the questions had been submitted on October 22, 2026.
