CC-3840 - USA (Florida) - Telephone Switchboard Operator Service - Deadline August 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide telephone switchboard operator service.– Includes: receiving incoming calls, operator–assisted calls, emergency calls and alarm calls consisting of STEMI, telephone alarms, fire alarms, stroke alerts, and suicide crisis. – Receive all incoming telephone calls and refer them to the requested party or to the most appropriate extension number– Ensure that the switchboard is manned  2 shifts, seven days per week, including holidays and weekends. Mondays through Fridays, this will include 8  full time employees to cover shifts (rotating) from  6:00am–2:30pm; and  from  2:30pm to 11pm. – Receive an average of 1,200 calls a day on weekdays. – An average of 200 calls a day on holidays and weekends.– Switchboard coverage 2 shifts per day, seven days per week, including holidays and weekend.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
