(1) Vendor needs to provide cafe, liquor and preferred catering services to the government authority located in Missouri.• Provide exclusive liquor services for catered events and act as one of several preferred caterers.• Maximize the guest experience through proactive and entrepreneurial management of the society’s café.• Create compelling offerings that complement the society’s public programs such as Thursday nights at the museum and twilight concert series.• Provide creative ideas along with optional investment to renovate the café concept.• Propose new programming such as summer beer gardens or food truck activations.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
