(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial printing and mailing services on an as–needed, non–exclusive basis to the government authority located in Poughkeepsie, NY. – Services may consist of printing–only, mailing–only, or a combination of printing and mailing services, as determined by the agency on a per–project basis.  • Services are organized into two lots:• Printing services:– Envelopes– Covers– Business card stock– NCR forms– Folders– Other paper–based materials– Print on specified paper stock and envelopes in accordance with project specifications.– Support full–color and black–and–white printing as required.– Apply requested finishing options such as trimming, folding, scoring, perforating (including micro‑perf), lamination (gloss/matte/soft‑touch), coatings (UV, aqueous, varnish), and binding (saddle‑stitch, perfect, coil/spiral, wire‑O).• Mailing services:– Import mailing list provided by the agency in CSV or Excel format.– Process and format addresses.– Standard address processing includes consolidating multiple records for the same recipient at a single mailing address when directed by the agency, to minimize duplicate mailings.– Address printing.– Mail preparation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026.
