(1) Vendor needs to provide digital staff visitor entry management platform. • Agency seeking digital platform to manage all entries and check–ins to the facility.• Mobile APP Options : Answer screening questions prior to entering the building• Event Management: Customize sign–in to capture what event visitors are attending (ex. holiday dinner, community tour) with option for group sign in via dashboard prior to the event• Dashboard & Reporting: Ability to access visitor, staff, caregiver, and resident reports from smartphones, computer, or kiosk• Ability to create custom tracing reports based on resident and visitor interaction• Volunteer Management: Ability to sign in volunteer groups via dashboard Options for Group tracking and reporting• Staffing Agency Tracking: Ability to track number of hours from staff agency workers’ clock in and out • Ability to remember which resident was visited by last person signed in. • Optional for contactless mobile sign in with QR code• Ability to capture consent and policy forms during sign in• Ability to capture visitor photos during the sign–in process; access them via dashboard• Ability to add questions to sign–in process (ex. phone number, home address, vehicle information, etc.)• Ability to stop sign–in process when banned visitor attempts to sign in and notify staff via text/email• Easy–to–use interface.
