Vendor needs to provide program specialist services to the government authority located in Jackson, MS.– Contract worker to serve as full–time Program Specialist to provide critical administrative, operational, and technical support to the Division. – Selected individual will perform duties, listed below, including but not limited to reviewing and processing intergovernmental transmittals, responding to credit bureau disputes, receiving and processing mail, data entry, assistance with system modernization efforts, special projects, and cross–trained duties as deemed appropriate– Monday – Friday (8:00a.m. – 5:00p.m.)– Reviews and processes intergovernmental packets/transmittals– Responds to credit bureau disputes– Knowledge of agency policies and procedures, federal/state laws regarding timelines– Typing– Computer skills
