(1) Vendor needs to provide compensation study service to the government authority located in Tulsa, OK.– A consultant review for an independent compensation assessment to evaluate comparable transit agencies and identify strategies to improve employee recruitment, retention, and workforce competitiveness.– Provide objective, data–driven information to support discussions with the mayor and city council regarding future compensation investments.– American Public Transportation Association (APTA) Compensation and Salary Surveys– APTA Transit Workforce Shortage Reports– Transit Cooperative Research Program workforce development and retention research– Establish baseline workforce and compensation conditions– Perform peer agency compensation benchmarking– Evaluate recruitment and retention drivers related to compensation– Develop compensation improvement scenarios (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2026.
