(1) Vendor needs to provide sports and special event photography services. – Provide photography services for the department's athletic programs, community events, and special activities.– Photographer will capture high–quality action photography, candid moments, promotional images, and community engagement that showcases the positive impact of Department’s programs.– Utilized for marketing, social media, websites, printed publications, grant applications, annual reports, and other department communications.– Sports Photography:• Youth and adult athletic leagues.• Tournaments and championship events.• Team and individual action photography.– Program Photography:• Recreational programs and classes.• Camps.• Fitness and wellness activities.– Event Photography:• Community festivals and celebrations.• Holiday and seasonal events.• Grand openings and ribbon cuttings.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
