(1) Vendor needs to provide farm management partnership service to the government authority located in Ashland, OR.• Property & Facilities Description– The Farm at agency is a dedicated educational and agricultural site owned by agency – Under the proposed partnership, the external partner will receive full operational access to the physical property, structures, and specialized farming equipment on site.1.1 On–Site Assets & Facilities Included• Fenced Property Structures: Full operational access to the Farmhouse, Pavilion, Barns, and all active cultivation fields.• Agricultural Equipment: Access and use of all farming equipment, machinery, and tools currently in agency inventory located on site for agricultural and educational purposes (on site only). This excludes any and all components of the on–site solar infrastructure.• Farm Stand Sales Venue: Inclusion of the dedicated Farm Stand location at the Garden for direct–to–consumer agricultural sales and community outreach.• Adjacent Facilities & Parking: Access to specified parking facilities at the Property and designated adjacent parking areas near the Science Works site in accordance with University Parking(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 4, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 30, 2026.
