(1) Vendor needs to provide international–binational relations liaison service. – Providing international and binational relations liaison services for establishing international and global relations to bring trade, economic development, business, cultural education, and to act as a direct liaison.– Diplomatic and International Communication:• Facilitate bilateral communications and dialogue between county officials, diplomats, business leaders, and other key representatives.• Translate or interpret verbal and written communications between parties to ensure accuracy and clarity, respecting cultural and language distinctions.– Economic and Trade Relations:• Identify and promote opportunities for trade, investment, and economic cooperation.• Assist in facilitating trade agreements, investment partnerships, and cross–border business ventures.• Facilitate networking events and trade missions to connect business leaders and governmental representatives.• Provide market intelligence and insights into the economic climate and commercial opportunities in both countries.– Consular and Administrative Support:• Assist in visa and immigration processes, including facilitating cross–border travel for official or business purposes.• Maintain databases of contacts, official correspondence, and records related to bilateral relations and diplomatic efforts.– Event Management and Logistics:• Organize seminars, workshops, and roundtables that address key issues in international relations and cooperation.– Crisis Management and Risk Mitigation:• Support crisis management efforts in times of political instability, natural disasters, or emergencies affecting the bilateral relationship.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
