(1) Vendor needs to provide medical physicist service to the government authority located in San Mateo, CA. – Provide medical physicist will provide equipment testing and reporting for medical center and clinics, county correctional facility and navigation center on our radiation producing machines.– Medical physicist will provide written response of equipment performance within 15 days of survey help provide education, review safety protocols and documentation.– Medical physicist will provide rad safety training to employees and consult in design shielding, documentation, acceptance testing and dose estimates.– Physicist will provide quality, concise reports.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 18, 2026.
