(1) Vendor needs to provide community based mental health services to the government authority located in MN.– Mental health innovations grant program seeks to reduce the patient flow problem by providing access to appropriate community settings and services otherwise unavailable.– The goals of the mental health innovations grant program are to:– Improve access to and the quality of community–based, outpatient mental health services.– Reduce the number of people admitted to and community behavioural health hospitals.– Facilitate discharge for patients back to their home communities with needed services in place to support ongoing treatment and recovery.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 15, 2026.
