The City of Norfolk is seeking a Contractor to design, manufacture, deliver, install, commission and provide maintenance for a new open air Passenger Boarding Bridge which allows embarkation and disembarkation from larger cruise vessels. The removal and disposal of the existing bridge is included in the scope as well as minor modifications to the existing terminal building to accommodate the new bridge.
