(1) Vendor needs to provide professional executive program management services to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV. – Provide executive level consulting services in the capacity as an executive program manager.– Includes a practical framework for delivery and program execution, project controls, program administration, stakeholder engagement and communications, management strategy, staffing, and organizational structure.– Work activates the implementation plan through an owner–integrated delivery model that supports governance, project controls, communications, logistics, operational readiness, staffing, decision management, knowledge transfer, and day–to–day administration.– Implementation roadmap and action plan.– Management strategy, staffing plan, responsibility matrix, and organizational structure.– Work includes execution methods, initial staffing, decision–support practices, transition strategies, management tools, and work products needed.– Representative baseline of services for implementation execution.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
