RFQ General and FSB Contractor for New Dispatch Facility

Renovation of a two-story structure, with basement, located at 20 Phillips Street in Westborough, MA. Construction includes gut renovations to the facility, an addition of an elevator, installation of new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, windows, roofing, finishes as well as exterior site work. The construction duration is approximately 12 months. Scope also includes coordination with existing/new site utilities and coordination with the district's radio/dispatch vendors.
