Promotional Items

Metrocare is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide promotional item merchandise to enhance our outreach efforts with our clients and staff. The selected vendor will be responsible for producing items that feature the Metrocare approved logo and can be distributed at various events and fairs. The items should reflect the values and mission of Metrocare and contribute positively to our outreach efforts. Interested vendors shall submit their proposals along with samples by the specified deadline, ensuring all outlined specifications and requirements are adequately met. To ensure the quality of the suppliers products and printing services, Metrocare is requesting a sample of 3 items with the Metrocare or Metorcare ACER logo printed on the promotional item. Delivery of sample promotional items will adhere to the following guidelines: Delivery Timeline: All sample promotional items must be delivered to the designated Metrocare facility by the solicitation deadline, Response Submission Date . Delivery Location: Items will be delivered to the following address: Metrocare Services Attn: Purchasing 1345 River Bend Dr, Suite 200 Dallas, TX 75247 Shipping Method: The vendor is responsible for selecting an appropriate shipping method to ensure timely and safe delivery of items. Shipping costs for the sample items will be the responsibility of the vendor.
