Vendor needs to provide progressive design–build feasibility and project management consulting services to the government authority located in Westminster, CA. – Provide a comprehensive feasibility study for the use of the progressive design–build contract procurement process for the agency’s sewer system capacity upsizing projects. • Project management support activities including development of a project schedule and implementation:– Preparation and issuance of a detailed Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a Design–Build Project(s);– Administration and oversight of the review and selection process, among other related functions;– Developer/Contractor negotiation support and,– Progressive Design–Build contract management and owner’s representation during construction.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026.
