(1) Vendor needs to provide workforce development service for continuing education and professional development training services to the government authority located in Augusta, ME. • Continuing education and professional development services:– Develop and provide at least one hundred fifty trainings annually, ensuring at least one hundred thirty–five are delivered live, whether online or in–person.• General requirements:– Provide the agency as requested with recordings of all virtual live and on–demand training.– Collect evaluation feedback from participants and trainers within five business days of a training session.  – Maintain data regarding trainings provided, participant demographics and training utilization, ensuring data is available upon request by the agency.    • Annual training plan: Develop and submit to the agency for review and approval within sixty calendar days of the start of the executed contract and implement the approved plan within ninety calendar days of the start of the executed contract.• Website, training calendar and digital communication:– Develop and maintain a website for workforce development: continuing education and professional development training services– Ensure the website includes a comprehensive, accessible and searchable calendar that is updated at least monthly.– Ensure the registration fees, descriptions and any other applicable training details (e.g., Continuing Education credits/hours) are displayed and available for review on the website.– Develop and implement a digital communication plan that includes the use of newsletters, blogs, and podcasts to inform the workforce about relevant news, trends, and practices as well as upcoming events.• Fee revenue, trainer payments, and scholarships(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 10, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
