(1) Vendor needs to provide government relations and lobbying services to the government authority located in Vineland, NJ.– State–level advocacy:– Monitor legislative bills, regulations, administrative actions, and rulemakings affecting municipal utilities and local government operations.– Coordinate meetings and communications with state legislators, legislative committees.– Federal–level advocacy:– Monitor federal legislative and regulatory developments impacting municipal electric utilities.– Advise on federal rulemaking processes, policy changes, grant programs, compliance, and funding opportunities.– Reporting, strategy, and communication: – Provide regular written reports, legislative updates, regulatory alerts, and strategic summaries.– Assist with drafting formal communications, testimony, position papers, and regulatory comments.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 9, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
