(1) Vendor needs to provide electrical services to the government authority located in IL. – Provide all supervision, labour, material, parts, and equipment for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of the electrical and lighting systems.– All work shall be properly supervised and performed by trained and qualified personnel in accordance with industry standards.– Contractor shall be able to provide a six (6) hour response for emergency repairs on a 24–hour per day, 365 days per year basis.– All lights and bulbs.– Sensors (motion and temperature).– Electric wiring.– Fixtures.– Electrical conduit.– Convenience outlets.– Electric panels.– Switches.– Heaters.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 24, 2026. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 19, 2026.
