Landscape Maintenance Services

The City of El Mirage, Arizona (hereinafter “City”) seeks proposals from independent contractor(s) to furnish all necessary tools and equipment, materials, labor, and supervision for landscape maintenance services. The contractor will be responsible for the following task, including, but not limited to cleaning, mowing, fertilization, litter removal, landscape maintenance, etc. Jobsite locations are at Proposer’s facility and/or City of El Mirage facilities. The City plans to award all or parts of the projects by location to one (1) or more qualified vendors.
