Wadestown School-C, K Exterior Carpentry- RFT

Wadestown School has identified exterior carpentry and weathertightness remediation requirements affecting Blocks C and K as part of its property improvement programme. The original 10YPP project identified localised deterioration to timber cladding and joinery, including decayed components and issues associated with existing window installations. In Block K, previously retrofitted double-glazed windows were specifically identified as leaking and requiring remediation, including improved head flashings, sash adjustment and replacement of deteriorated glazing putty. The current tender documentation develops these requirements into detailed replacement and remedial works for Blocks C and K.
