(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Tallapoosa, GA. – Clean up after breakfast and lunch.– Clean up after sick children.– The contract should cover the entirety of the school year plus any specified cleaning during the summer.– Summer cleaning completely strip and scrub tile floors applying a minimum of 6 coats of wax on all hallways, cafeterias and high traffic areas. – Summer cleaning includes washing all windows and glass partitions on the inside/outside and pressure washing all facility entrances.
