ESTATE-11957 - USA (Woodbridge, New Jersey) - Broker Dealer Professional Services - Deadline August 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide broker dealer professional services to the government authority located in New Jersey. – Broker–Dealers shall execute trades via email, using agency’s platform or over the phone by the Authority’s investment personnel. The Authority’s investment personnel will contact the Broker–Dealers for pricing. Awarding and confirmation of a trade will be finalized via email.– When the Authority issues new bonds, Authority investment personnel will solicit offers from Broker–Dealers to invest those initial bond proceeds in accordance with a draw schedule as determined by the Authority.– Trades must be conducted based on the needs of the Authority. The Authority shall periodically review the execution of trades to ensure trades are conducted in the most efficient manner and continue to meet internal goals and guidelines.– Investment decisions as determined by the Authority’s investment personnel should not incur unreasonable credit or market risks in order to obtain current investment income.– Provide reports at the Authority’s request based on the portfolio held with the Broker–Dealer.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
