GIS-2098 - USA (South Lake Tahoe, California) - ESRI Utility Network Migration and Implementation Professional Services - Deadline November 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide ESRI utility network migration and implementation professional services to migrate and implement the district’s water, sewer, and recycled water utility GIS data into an ESRI utility network environment to the government authority located in South Lake Tahoe, CA.1. Project management:– Establish the project structure, schedule, communication process, and decision–making framework. The consultant will manage coordination, progress reporting, risks, and issues through project completion.2. Current system review and data readiness assessment:– Evaluate the district’s existing GIS environment and utility asset data to determine readiness for Utility Network implementation. The assessment will identify data gaps, system constraints, and actions needed before migration.3. Business and technical requirements capture:– Work with district staff to document how the utility network must support current and future business needs. Technical and business requirements will guide system design and configuration.4. Utility Network design and configuration:– Design and configure the utility network to represent the district’s utility assets, connectivity, and operational rules. The configuration will support reliable mapping, tracing, editing, system integration and asset management workflows.5. Data cleanup, configuration and migration:– Prepare existing GIS data for the new Utility Network by correcting errors and aligning data with the approved design. Migrate validated data into the new environment and test.6. Hardware and Infrastructure installation and configuration:– Configure the new servers, databases, software, and supporting infrastructure needed to operate the utility network.7. Integrations, applications and existing workflow:– Integrations, applications and existing workflow review and implementation. Including reviewing how the utility network will work with existing district applications and staff workflows.8. Enterprise architecture and security:– Develop documentation for the new enterprise architecture. Including system components, data flows, necessary maintenance, backup procedures, and disaster recovery processes.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 06, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
