(1) Vendor needs to provide staff assistant services to the government authority located in Rockville, MD. • Provide staff assistance services for a council member.• Provide services for approximately 25–30 hours per week.• Maintain the councilmember’s calendar.• Schedule meetings and events.• Intake calls and correspondence from residents, resident groups, county government officials, and business organizations.• Assure quality, completeness, and timeliness of correspondence and reports.• Utilize and maintain databases.• Order office supplies.• Attend meetings and public events with the councilmember or senior staff to provide administrative support.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 2, 2026.
