(1) Vendor needs to provide professional real estate brokerage services to the government authority located in Yucaipa, CA. – Selected firms will assist with transactions related to surplus property disposition, redevelopment initiatives, affordable and market rate housing projects on land, and economic development opportunities.– Conduct economic and financial feasibility analysis for development concepts for city facilities and affordable housing on city–owned land.– Evaluate properties for long term real estate planning.– Development and management of solicitations and marketing processes.– Real estate planning and advisory services.– Real estate acquisition services.– Real Estate brokerage services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 01, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
