Disaster Recovery Services

The City of Rogers is requesting proposals from qualified potential vendor(s) to provide comprehensive pre-loss emergency recovery planning and 24/7 emergency response services to support the City of Rogers before, during, and after disaster events. Services include pre-disaster property and continuity assessments, rapid emergency response with defined notification and on-site timelines, and temporary measure to maintain City operations. The selected potential vendor(s) shall deliver full emergency restoration and construction services, including environmental remediation, biohazard cleanup, and interior and exterior repairs. Additionally, the selected potential vendor(s) shall provide emergency communication, technology, content restoration, IT disaster recovery, mobilization, and temporary facility solutions. All required materials, tools, equipment, and qualified personnel shall be furnished by the selected potential vendor(s) to ensure timely, effective restoration and continuity of operations.
