St. Petersburg Police Department Ballistic Glass Replacement Project

Description
Contractor shall provide an all-inclusive service to include all labor, materials, tools, equipment, vehicles, necessary technical support, documentation, and supervision, to complete the main lobby ballistic glass replacement and installation project (the work) located at the City of St. Petersburg Police Department (SPPD) Police Headquarters Building, located at 1301 1 st Ave. N. St. Petersburg FL 33705. The work consists of the removal of eleven (11) damaged ballistic glass sections and replacing with eleven (11) new ballistic rated window glazing’s in these locations. There are four (4) speaker ports to be removed from the existing glass and installed into new ballistic glass to match the existing installation locations. All work can be completed between the hours or 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. At the end of each workday, all glazing must be reinstalled to protect police staff working behind these areas, tools, materials and other items must be stored in a secured location. SPPD will work with contractor to secure items on site as needed.
