(1) Vendor needs to provide liability, backup–into–structure and subrogation claim services to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.– Provide liability claim adjusting, back–up–into structure (BIS) claim adjusting, and subrogation services– Provide a well–designed and properly staffed third–party liability claim adjusting program, BIS program, and subrogation program– Providing excellent customer service to claimants and agency staff, as well as cost savings to agency are of upmost importance– Provide an effective liability claims administration program.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.
