(1) Vendor needs to provide online degree program development service to the government authority located in San Marcos, TX. – Agency wants to create a competitive and differentiated online hospitality degree leading to a Bachelor of Applied Arts & Science (BAAS). – This competitive and differentiated online degree will include a core set of courses and a series of courses leading to concentrations in not only those areas requiring well–educated students today but in the future.– The program needs to be flexible so as the industry changes, the curriculum can change so it remains relevant. • These domains include:– Hospitality operations (service delivery, food & beverage fundamentals, operations management, catering and events, etc.).– Interpersonal skills, communication, and leadership (team leadership, conflict management, emotional intelligence, communication techniques, guest interaction, digital communication).– Analysis (finance, decision making, strategy).– Sustainability, technology, and experience design.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
