(1) Vendor needs to provide airport business consulting services to the government authority located in Colorado.– Adjusting the overall airport business model to ensure the airport’s capital needs can be met while stakeholder business partnerships are maintained and the financial strength of the airport.– Airport business consulting services involve a broad range of subjects and services focusing on the business aspect of operating and managing an airport.– Business Consulting Services that may be provided include:• Airline and Airport Rates, Charges and Fees Analyses• Airline Agreement Negotiations Assistance• Assistance with Airport Agreements, Leases, Rental Structures, etc.• Cost Center Allocations• Airport Projections (i.e., passengers, revenues, expenses, personnel, capital equipment, capital improvement planning, etc.)• Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) Applications Assistance• Assistance with federal and state grant applications and compliance• Short–term and Long–term Financial Plans• Planning and Financial Reports, Studies and Feasibility Analyses• General Airport Planning Studies• Other consulting services needed to support the business of operating an airport(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 25,2026.(3) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 18,2026.(4) The contract period will be for five years.
