1. Introduction 1.1. Summary County of Orange, Registrar of Voters is requesting competitive bids from qualified vendors for Dry Cleaning, Laundry Services, and Alterations. Prior to submitting a bid, Bidders are advised to carefully read the instructions below, including the Model Contract and all solicitation attachments/exhibits.
