Vendor needs to provide ranked choice voting experience survey service to the government authority located in Portland, OR. – Conduct a comprehensive assessment of voter experience with and perception of Ranked Choice Voting (RCV) following its implementation for agency.– The primary goal is to capture detailed insights into the success of voter education and voter experience, identify areas of success, and pinpoint areas of confusion or lacking information.– Survey plan development: Detailed project plan outlining the sampling strategy (ex: mode of contact,recruitment methods), outreach logistics, data collection timeline and quality control protocols.– Survey design: Ensure all research objectives are met with clear and unbiased questions suitable for the various language translations.– Survey deployment: Execution of the data collection phase, including all aspects of survey distribution,respondent engagement and data gathering.– Data analysis and reporting: Comprehensive analysis of the collected survey data, including identification of key findings, demographic segmentations, and the production of a final, detailed report suitable for public dissemination. • The research will specifically investigate these key areas:– Awareness of RCV and information channels.– Reported understanding.– General experience and sentiment.– Trust and confidence.
