(1) Vendor needs to provide one–stop operator services to the government authority located in Port Orchard, WA.       – The main role of the one–stop operator (OSO) is to coordinate the service delivery of participating one–stop partners and service providers.  – The One–Stop Operator plays a critical role in supporting the local workforce system by coordinating with diverse partners to achieve its service delivery vision and performance goals.– Promote a customer–centered service culture through facilitation and communication, without directing program operations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 11, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for one year.
