(1) Vendor needs to provide building services to the government authority located in Escondido, CA.– Task 1. Building permit plan check services:– Permit plan check services will be required by the city on a regularly scheduled basis, as well as, a per project basis.– Perform architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical and electrical plan check review for buildings and structures for compliance with applicable federal and state laws, building and safety codes, city ordinances, and acceptable engineering practices.– Task 2. Building inspection services:– Senior level inspectors experienced in multi–story, multi–family residential and mixed–use type construction.– Inspect buildings and structures, for which building permits have been issued, for compliance with the approved plans and applicable codes and ordinances.– Task 3. On–call permit technician and building administrative services:– Ability to learn building permit software quickly and read and follow desk guides working fairly independently with customers.– Experience in providing excellent customer service to residents and building or construction industry professionals.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.
