(1) Vendor needs to provide 360–degree evaluation service to the government authority located in Providence, RI. – Design and conduct an independent, confidential 360–degree leadership evaluation of the agency.– Provide the agency with objective, constructive feedback regarding leadership effectiveness, organizational performance, communication, governance, and opportunities for professional growth.• Project planning:– Development of project timeline.– Identification of evaluation participants.• Evaluation design: Customize evaluation instruments appropriate for agency.– Vision and strategic leadership.– Educational leadership.– Organizational management.– Communication.• Data collection: Administer a confidential survey to an agreed–upon group of stakeholders, which may include a list of mutually agreed upon employees within the agency. • Data analysis: – Analyze quantitative survey results.– Identify themes.– Summarize qualitative comments.• Written report – Provide a comprehensive report including:– Executive summary.– Methodology.– Participation statistics.– Major findings/ Objective Performance Indicators.• Presentation of findings:– Conduct a confidential briefing with the agency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.
