(1) Vendor needs to provide design services to the government authority located in Delaware, OH.– Provide all personnel, materials, and resources required to successfully complete all aspects of the Scope of Services and Project Deliverables within the project schedule.– Conduct a project kick off meeting with city staff to review project goals, expectations, and finalization of the project schedule.– Throughout the life of the project, coordinate and participate in ongoing meetings with city staff to maintain an open line of communication, clarify uncertainties, and conduct draft reviews.– Ensure all prepared documents adhere to both award criteria and city requirements.– Utilize established city branding, including colour palettes and graphics, as well as charts equipped with captions, graphs, etc. to convey and clarify essential data and information.– Ensure all documentation, both printable and electronic versions, are compliant, including adherence to the newly implemented Web and Mobile Application Accessibility Rules.(2) The contract period will be for five years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 28, 2026.
