Golf Driving Range Garage Doors Installation Project

The Village of Oak Brook is seeking sealed bids for the Project Title . Responses are to be submitted via the Village’s eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/oak-brook at or before Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Bids received after this time and date will not be accepted. A Pre-Bid meeting and site visit will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday February 11, 2026 at the Oak Brook Golf Clubhouse, 2606 York Road, Oak Brook, IL, 60523. Prospective bidders must be at the building site at 10:00 a.m. to be considered an attendee. Attendance at this meeting is strongly recommended. The purpose of the meeting is to give all prospective bidders the opportunity to inspect the site and to ask questions concerning the specifications. Any questions or concerns can be addressed at this time. No bid shall be withdrawn after opening of bids without the consent of the Village of Oak Brook for a period of ninety (90) days after the scheduled time of opening bids. The Village of Oak Brook reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it.
