(1) Vendor needs to provide parks and recreation comprehensive master plan services to the government authority located in Wilson, NC.– Establish a consistent level of quality, functionality, accessibility, safety, maintenance, and overall user experience throughout the City's parks and recreation system– Master Plan shall also evaluate how efficiently the City's parks and recreation system is operated and maintained. – Include consideration of staffing, maintenance practices, equipment, utilities, lifecycle costs, facility utilization, programming, and long–term operational needs.– Provide the professional planning, recreation planning, landscape architecture, engineering coordination, GIS analysis, demographic analysis, financial analysis, public engagement, facilitation, graphic design, and related services necessary to prepare the Comprehensive Master Plan.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.
