(1) Vendor needs to provide support services for weber basin to the government authority located in Washington, DC. – Program Management Support Services: The occupational categories and labor categories are designed to provide temporary staffing services to meet essential workload demands and to address critical staffing shortages.– Planning and Analytical Services: Services may include robust predictive analytics to help determine workplace needs across critical roles, by centers, and by schedule or skill specificity and proactive planning for student demand to ensure the highest probability of high position fill rates with top quality candidates; services may include other planning and analytical services to support effective decision making by Job Corps leaders.– Implementation Support: Large staffing teams may require project management, change management, communication, training, and other program supports to ensure successful transitions into new roles; services may require comprehensive implementation supports and continuous performance improvement teams to monitor and tailor talent management processes; and services may include other implementation and program supports.(2) This bid is set–aside for total small business.
