Main Contractor ROI for B Block Remediation at Epsom Girls Grammar School

The Project background is: i. This is an 80 year old brick with clay roofing tiles (original tiles) building with multiple weathertightness issues. ii. The school is seeking registrations of interest for a main contractor to complete the building weathertightness remediation works, including clay tile roof replacement, internal copper gutter and copper parapet flashing replacements, construction of concrete nib wall, repairs to internal linings and framing, replacement of deteriorated cladding and finishes, refurbishment of existing windows (including lead paint removal), asbestos membrane removal, structural concrete repairs to canopies and eyebrows, repointing of brickwork, and installation of new downpipes and rainheads. iii. No drawings, specifications or surveys will be provided for this ROI. All project information will be provided within the RFT to the shortlisted Tenderers.
