Blount-Person Streets Improvements

The Project consists generally of the following major items: The project is located along Blount and Person Streets from Hoke Street to Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard. The purpose of this project is to restripe and provide traffic calming measures on Blount and Person Streets including asphalt paving, pavement markings, traffic control, signals, signing, concrete bus stop pads, and other incidentals.
