(1) Vendor needs to provide hospital–based ecmo, specialty care, critical care and interfacility transport EMS partnership services to the government authority located in El Paso, TX. – Support a hospital–based ECMO, specialty care, critical care, and interfacility transport program. – The proposed partnership should support transportation to and from agency facilities, as well as selected specialty care, critical care, and interfacility transport between outside healthcare facilities when authorized and operationally appropriate.– Propose multiple staffing and coverage arrangements utilizing agency–employed personnel, vendor employed personnel, or hybrid staffing models. – Support the operation, maintenance, regulatory compliance, and readiness of agency–owned ambulance assets. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 14, 2026.
