Description
Services of experienced, licensed contractor(s) to provide maintenance, repair and replacement part services for fire hydrants, valves (including associated fittings, restraints and pipe), and flushing services on an "as needed" basis at locations within the Seminole County Utilities Department (SCUD) water distribution system. SCUD will furnish the successful contractor(s) with the most recent copy of the distribution systems atlas in an electronic format. This scope is designed to include all hydrant and valve maintenance activities, but for the purposes of this specific request the focus will be on hydrant and valve maintenance and flushing activities included therein. The Contractor(s) will be responsible for furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, parts and materials to complete the requested work as specified in the scope of service section.
