(1) Vendor needs to provide state advocacy service to the government authority located in Saint Petersburg, FL.– Provide public transportation lobbying services, track and analyze legislation, advance priorities, and coordinate communication with state officials and agencies.– Develop strategies and successfully advance state actions that are beneficial to its programs.– Analyze state legislation, policies and regulations.– Maintain the ability to provide in–person representation or updates or at regional meetings in the area with reasonable advance notice.– Assist in the development for advancing actions at the state level that are beneficial, including drafting legislation, and sponsorship of state bills and amendments needed to further goals and priorities.– Assist in developing specific legislative strategies pertaining to individual member of the legislative branch, Legislature, specific bills, or executive branch actions.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 7,2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on 8 July,2026.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
